Unemployed youth kills self

Frustrated over not getting a job for over a year, a 24-year-old graduate hanged himself at his house in Erannagudda in Girinagar on Tuesday night.

The victim, Prakash, who was living with his parents and younger sister, was looking for a job after passing out of B.Com last year.

He committed suicide after his father left for work. His mother and sister, who had gone to their relatives’ house, found him hanging when they returned in the evening.
