Aamir keeps Abhishek on his toes

Bol Bachchan seems to have opened avenues for Abhishek Bachchan. The actor has two big films lined up — Dhoom 3 and Farah Khan’s next with Shah Rukh Khan. “I think it took Shah Rukh really long to plan another film with me after Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna,” says the actor with a smile adding, “It was great fun working with him and I cannot wait to start work on our next project.”
The actor admits that he can be overtly critical of his work. “I dislike all my films. Nothing that I do matches up to my own expectations and it will always be like that. The day I start applauding my own work, it will mean that I have grown complacent,” he says.
But Abhishek is visibly a little more pleased with his stint in Dhoom 3. “When you work with a perfectionist like Aamir Khan, you cannot not be on your toes all the time,” says the actor who recalls how he and co-actor Uday Chopra watched their act closely every time they shared the screen with Aamir.
