Aamir tweets for his fans

Aamir Khan has always tried to be different from his contemporaries. And like his “out-of-the-box ideas” for his roles and films, he will do something different on Twitter. The actor, who recently made his entry into the micro-blogging website with a poem, hopes to use it as a vehicle to interact with his fans on a day-to-day basis; not promote his films like everybody else.
“I have yet to learn more about it. I didn’t know what to write, so I just put the shayari,” says Aamir who joined Twitter on Amitabh Bachchan’s insistence.
The actor rues that he will not be able to interact with his fans much right now, as he is busy with the post production and promotion of his forthcoming film Peepli Live. “I have always put my thoughts on my blog, but this is something new so it will be interesting,” he said.
Aamir says, he wants to use the space for his personal purpose. “Though there are many modes available, I will connect with my fans directly through this and the blog,” said the actor.
Interestingly, Aamir has maintained a tradition to interact with his fans only when his films are releasing. And now that the actor hopes to be different, we are sure Aamir will come with some innovative one-liners for his fans who are eagerly waiting to interact with him and know about his personal life.
