AB-AK plan family vacation

Actors and their hectic schedules barely leave them any time to catch up with friends. So when Akshay Kumar ran into his buddy Abhishek Bachchan at a recent awards function, his excitement was hardly surprising.

The actors were seen engrossed in an animated discussion. Apparently, they were overheard talking about their fatherhood and life with their respective toddlers. It was some time later that Abhishek bounced off the idea of a combined vacation. “Both Twinkle Khanna and Aishwarya Rai have been extremely busy with their kids to meet up. The men were contemplating on the possibility of sneaking out of the city for a short break,” said a source.
If all goes well, then AB and AK intend to execute their play sometime in February next year. Ideally the two would have loved to bring in the New Year together with their families. “But Abhishek had already planned a vacation with family,” the source says.
Well, better late than never, no?
