AB Jr, Salman call truce

Reconciliations are in the air for Bollywood. After the three Khans made an appearance at the premiere of Jab Tak Hai Jaan, we hear that Salman Khan and Abhishek Bachchan also seem to have put the cold vibes they shared, ever since AB married Sallu’s former flame Aishwarya Rai, behind them.

In fact, at Rohit Shetty’s sister’s wedding reception, AB and Sallu were spotted chatting amicably. “Salman walked in very late, by which time, most of the celebrities had left. He wasn’t really expecting to run into Abhishek. But full marks to them both for dealing with the situation in a mature manner,” said one guest present at the do.
Of course, Salman has never had anything against the Bachchans. “It was a situation that damaged their equation. But otherwise, Salman and his family have always been very cordial with the Bachchan family,” one industry insider pointed out.
At the reception, AB and Sallu moved into a corner and continued their conversation. The other guests at the party were pleasantly surprised to see the two actors start afresh. Now if only Salman were to repair his equation with Shah Rukh Khan as well…
