Aditya to play for Sallu’s CCL team

Mumbai’s star-studded Celebrity Cricket League team (CCL) has yet another starry edition. Salman and Sohail have roped in Aditya Roy Kapur in their CCL team, Mumbai Heroes.

Apparently, Aditya approached the Khan brothers requesting them to let him play for his favourite city team and from what we hear, is the best batsman among all its players. “Aditya has been practising the game for a while now. He is a huge cricket fan and like most people in the country, he worships the sport. His presence in the team will prove to be an asset for Mumbai Heroes,” says a source.
Incidentally, Aditya is also the youngest player in the team. “Sohail was very encouraging and supportive of him but it was Salman who took notice of the youngster’s talent. Buzz is that Aditya’s entry in the Khan territory might also result in them working together in the future. But for now, they are gearing up for the big match on Saturday.
