Ajay learns to look before he lights up

Several Bollywood celebrities have been caught on the wrong side of the law by the National Organisation for Tobacco Eradication (NOTE) of late. The first actors to be issued notices were Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan for promoting smoking. Recently, Arshad Warsi was issued a notice for smoking at the Chowgule College in Margoa during a promotional event for his film.
The latest to join the bandwagon is Ajay Devgn. While shooting for Golmaal 3 in Goa, Ajay was apparently caught smoking in a public place, prompting NOTE’s wrath. Goa is extremely strict about smoking in public places and Ajay is a second time offender — which has made matters worse. The first time round, Ajay was pulled up in Chandigarh, where he got off after paying a fine.
But now, NOTE intends to push for harsher action against the actor. The next time, maybe Ajay will think before he lights up.
