Akshay finds his asylum

The jokers have finally found their asylum. Last we heard Shirsh Kunder was hunting for a mental asylum in which to shoot a few crucial scenes for his upcoming Akshay Kumar starrer Joker. The search was somewhat held up by the sad passing of the film’s art director Samir Chanda. But now, all seems to be well again. Rather than setting the scene in a real asylum, Shirish has decided to create one within Capitol cinema in Mumbai.
A source says, “Shirish was having sleepless nights as there was no way he could ask Akki to reschedule his dates.”
The director asked his production team to intensify the search for a fitting location. “That’s when someone suggested the run-down environs of Capitol. When Shirish visited the spot, he felt it could suit their purpose with a little art work.” Work is now on in full swing. Akki must approve!
