Akshay Kumar to host awards nite

Akshay Kumar is all set to host an award ceremony for the first time. The superstar will co-host the annual Zee Cine awards along with his close friend and director Sajid Khan.
A friend said, “Akshay is very excited and the rehearsals will start soon. Akshay and Sajid have also been close friends from a long time and the chemistry will be there for everyone to see. Sajid is extremely keen to have a hilarious script for their act and they will be puling everyone’s legs. Akshay has been paid a huge amount for the act as well.” The source added, “It can be recalled that Ashutosh Gowarikar and Sajid Khan had a huge fight during one of the awards. Lets hope that the two don't offend anyone this time.” The show will be held soon and an official announcement about Akshay hosting it will be done soon.
