Aliens to fill in for Sona and Akshay

Shirish Kunder’s magnum opus Joker is finally ready for release and now the makers are preparing to launch the promotional campaign, A source close to the film says, “Since aliens are the USP of the film, it was felt that characters dressed as aliens should go from door-to-door to promote the film.”
The makers also felt that instead of just concentrating on Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha, who are known faces anyway, it would make more sense to let aliens play a vital part. That would also fetch the much-needed attention of children, who form a vital percentage of the film’s target audience.
“It also makes the unit less dependent on the lead pair. Since both of them are leaving for the Gulf to shoot for Once Upon A Time In Mumbai 2, you’ll see aliens filling in for them,” the source adds.
Let’s hope the alien intervention helps the Joker.
