All Imran-Kat filmi outings on hold

Fans of the Imran Khan-Katrina Kaif jodi, be warned: Mere Brother Ki Dulhan might be your only chance to ogle the eye-poppingly gorgeous pair for quite a while yet. The reason: Other planned Imran-Kat films (a Dibakar Banerjee project and Sanjay Gadhvi’s 7 Days In Paris) will not be made anytime soon. It was also rumoured that Imran-Kat would appear in Dibakar’s Shanghai, but the roles finally went to Abhay Deol and Kalki Koechlin.
But Dibakar denies that the MBKD jodi was ever finalised for his project. “Big stars are always busy and for whatever it’s worth, I have also been kept busy with my films,” Dibakar explains. “We meet, talk about potential projects. But people pick up half-baked news and make their own assumptions.”
Perhaps the story might be different once the Imran-Kat pairing sets the box office on fire.
