Anil says he’s the best dancer

Anil Kapoor’s tapori act in his early days may have shot him to stardom overnight, but the actor seems to have taken his street dancing moves a little too seriously. At a recent press conference, Anil, who was sharing the stage with Shahid Kapoor and Prabhudeva, belittled their dancing prowess. Anil said, “I have a great deal of respect for Shahid and Prabhudeva. But between us, I think I am the bigger star and a better dancer.” One would have thought Anil’s comments might just have been tongue-in-cheek, but the actor looked quite smug about it all. However, his big brags didn’t go down too well with the members of the audience, most of whom looked stunned. “No one in the industry, not even Hrithik Roshan, who is hailed as the god of dancing, has claimed to be better than Prabhudeva.
We have no idea what Anil was thinking,” said an eyewitness.
