Arshad gets Vivek a role

Now, it’s Arshad Warsi’s turn to be an important decision maker when it comes to choosing his film’s cast and crew. After the Khans, who are sort of “unofficial” casting directors in their respective films, it is Arshad, who is now throwing his weight around. “He is involved in decision making of many of his upcoming films like Dedh Ishqiya and Zila Ghaziabad, where, he is the senior most of the lot,” says a source close to the actor. Apparently, when things didn’t work out with Sonu Sood, it was Arshad who decided to take charge of the situation and got Vivek Oberoi to join the team of Zila Ghaziabad. “Arshad told me about the film. I was glad he thought of me and I immediately agreed to do the film,” says Vivek.
