Ash-Abhi scout for roles to act together

Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan made a rare appearance recently for a brand promotion, where the actress didn’t deny that she was in talks with director Sanjay Leela Bhansali for an item number in Ram Leela. The couple also admitted that they have been speaking to filmmakers for a project together. However, they haven’t signed any film yet.
Since the two were there to endorse a kitchen appliance brand, the actress was quizzed if her husband has ever rustled up a meal for her — as a damage control mechanism after a tiff. “We’ve never had a fight so bad that he has had to pacify me by cooking for me,” she said. Unless Ash said that to avoid further prodding, isn’t it really impressive that the couple has spent the last six years in a marriage without a fight? We think so.
