Bebo makes time to spread education

Kareena Kapoor’s schedules are packed with her professional commitments, be it her back-to-back film shootings or the brands that she endorses. The actress, however, still manages to spare some time to arrange books and other stationary to donate to local non-profit organisations to encourage education.
The actress recently joined the global campaign for education team — 1Goal — as their Indian ambassador and is taking her role in promoting education through the campaign very seriously. Currently shooting in Morocco for beau Saif Ali Khan’s Agent Vinod, Kareena had arranged for stationary, books and other school requirements for a couple of non profit learning institutes.
A source close to the actress told us that she very moved by the plight of education in India and wants to do her best to make the campaign successful. “Kareena feels very strongly about the cause and in spite of being in Morocco she is constantly making calls to India to arrange the books that she wants to be sent to some orphanages and learning institutes in the country,” the source added.
