It’s her “dirty”, naughty outing that has everyone talking, but Vidya Balan has another ace up her sleeve. Those who’ve seen her upcoming film Kahaani are claiming that notThe Dirty Picture, it is Kahaani that will see Vidya in a truly path breaking role.
“Yes, The Dirty Picture seems to be hogging all the limelight as of now, but it is Kahaani that will see Vidya showcase the intensity that she is so famous for,” says a source. “Not her dare and bare act as Silk Smitha, it is her next project that has Vidya display her bravado. It harks back to her Parineeta and Paa days, which should make fans happy.”
Incidentally, sources close to the actress also say that Vidya is extremely excited about her portrayal of a pregnant woman searching for her husband in Kahaani. Our source added. “Kahaani should give Vidya a strong shot at the National Awards.” Ooh la la!
