Black cat gives Vidya cold feet

A favourite with the paparazzi, Vidya Balan wasn’t her usual cheerful self at the special screening of brother-in-law Aditya Roy Kapoor’s film, Aashiqui. In fact, she stayed glued to her husband Siddharth through the night and looked visibly upset, according to an eyewitness. The reason? A black cat.

The actress is apparently very superstitious about some things and a black cat falling at her feet during an important occasion certainly tops the list. She was overheard telling Siddharth how much the incident had shaken her.
“She considers it a bad omen. It was her brother-in-law’s film screening, so she naturally didn’t want any negativity around. It took her ten minutes to get over the incident and step into the theatre,” says an eyewitness.
Now who would’ve thought that daredevil Balan would get cold feet looking at a cat?
