Busy birthday for Katrina

Salman Khan describes his former girlfriend Katrina Kaif as someone who has survived solely on the basis of hard work and professionalism. The actress, who is always at the receiving end of rumours and speculations, has always maintained a dignified silence about all things controversial and strictly mind her own business. Today she celebrates her 28th birthday and instead of bringing it in with a huge party with her friends from the industry, Kat has yet again decided to keep a low profile.
Apparently, she has requested her friends and family not to create a huge hype about her birthday. When asked about her birthday plans, Katrina said, “Yes, of course it is a reason to celebrate, but I don’t have any plans this year.”
Usually Katrina likes to celebrate the day with her family in London. And ever since the infamous SRK-Salman showdown, Katrina has stopped celebrating with her co-stars altogether. This year, however, it’s work that will keep her busy. “I want to have a quiet birthday as I have too many professional commitments to fulfill,” says Kat.
