Chitra’s own Fatal Attraction

Chitrangda Singh has never bought into the paraphernalia of stardom (read bodyguards, bouncers and the like). But this very fact led her into some serious trouble while shooting in London for Desi Boyz. “Chitra realised that a particular group of people were stalking her,” says the actress’ spokesperson. “She had spotted them around on too many occasions for it to just be a coincidence.”
A petrified Chitra approached the producers to ask for some security. When her guards next saw the group stalking the actress, they went up to them and asked them right off what they were up to. “Turns out, they just wanted a photograph with Chitra,” says her spokesperson.
Oh the travails of stardom!
