Controversy dogs Son of Sardar OST

Controversy is already dogging the music of Son of Sardar. While Sandeep Chowta is credited as a guest composer for two versions of Kabhi Kabhi Mere Dil Mein Yeh Sawaal Aata Hai, newbie Amal Malik, who has produced the songs, is accusing the composer of “ruining” his work.

Amal’s angrily posted on a social networking site, “After hearing Kabhi Kabhi Mere Dil Mein Yeh Sawaal Aata Hai which was entirely produced by me and entirely ruined by this so called ‘Stalwart of Jazz’ (read Chowta), I have realised that a kid with no musical knowledge could f*rt out a better mix than the one on the CD.”
Amal praised composers Salim-Sulaiman and Pritam for giving due credit to the people they work with, ending the rant with, “All I want to say is that please don’t f**k around with people’s credits, especially on a track where you haven’t done anything but just added your name to someone else’s work.”
