After a dismal run at the box-office, Abhishek Bachchan wants his upcoming film Players to be a game changer. Willing to shrug off the poor performance of Game and , Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Se, AB’s baby is positive that Players would be a good start to 2012.
“The first look has generated good response and Abbas-Mustan is captaining the ship well. The film being a multi-crore affair, a lot is at stake for Abhishek,” says a source. The actor hasn’t had an official hit since Dostana. But his supporters remain positive. “This is a momentary phase for Abhishek. He is surely going to do better next year with an impressive line-up of films like Bol Bachchan, Dostana 2 and Dhoom 3,” adds the source. Let’s just hope that father-to-be has more good news coming his way.
