Those who know Ajay Devgn swear by his friendship. And Ajay, with his heart of solid gold, makes it worth their time. Ajay’s childhood friend and winner of the third season of Bigg Boss, Vindoo Dara Singh, had recently fallen on some hard times financially. And Ajay not only bailed him out financially, but also helped

him get back on his feet by talking to a few influential people in the industry.
Vindoo, it seems, has been struggling to make it big in the film industry for a long time. “He hasn’t been too successful with these attempts, and was facing some financial troubles. Ajay learnt about it through some mutual friends, and immediately decided to do something about it,” says a source. Accordingly, Ajay found work for Vindoo in Ashwini Dheer’s new film Son Of Sardar. The film, which has Ajay and Sonakshi Sinha in lead roles, will also be produced by the Singham star. Ajay remained unavailable for comment, but a friend close to the star confirmed the news. “He isn’t the type who would blow his own trumpet. Vindoo is a childhood friend, and Ajay did what he could in his capacity,” the friend said.
Vindoo himself couldn’t stop raving about this gesture. “I’m very thankful to Ajay. I have been blessed with the best set of friends ever. This is the best Diwali gift I could have got, and I’m really thankful to Ajay for it,” Vindoo said.
