Filmmaker Karan Johar has undoubtedly been one of the most talked-about celebrities. Be it for his suave style, or his mushy movies and his sharp wit, he is a filmmaker who has achieved undisputed star status. And he believes that’s the way it should be for his tribe.

He says, “If stars are stars, then filmmakers are bigger stars because they are the ones who turn an actor into a star.” Given the daunting task of combining a script, actors and marketing skills into a successful film, who would dare deny Karan’s point!
