Fear is not a factor for PC, floors all with Don 2 stunts

With Farhan Akhtar’s Don 2 almost nearing completion, everyone who has seen the rushes has been raving about Priyanka Chopra’s high-octane action stunts in the film. What’s more, PC has actually performed all those stunts, without the use of a body double.

While the actress is known to be an action junkie, this time, the motivation to perform the stunts was more personal as the actress’ stunt double for the film passed away dues to unknown causes. Bibi, a Berliner who had been roped in to perform some of PC’s stunts, died due to unknown causes and the actress was left shocked at the news. She even went on Twitter to express her grief at Bibi’s passing, saying that she had taught her all the stunts for Don 2. Channellising all that grief however, seems to have worked in PC’s favour.
“After the sad news concerning Bibi, PC insisted that she would perform the stunts herself,” says a unit member. “Everyone, including Farhan, was completely floored by the way PC took charge in the action scenes.”
