Manoj Bajpai has always been the critics’ darling, but that hasn’t always translate dinto an influx of roles for the talented actor.

Well, that is about to change, with Manoj floating his own film company in a bid to create the kind of movies he would want to be a apart of. “The kind of actor I am, and the kind of films I’m associated with are nowhere close to hardcore commercial cinema,” says Manoj, explaining why his acting prowess hasn’t garnered him more screen time.
Manoj’s company will produce films that justify his power-packed presence. “I’ll be handling the creative aspects while the marketing and commerce will be overseen by others,” the actor divulged. Apparently, it was his little daughter who inspired Manoj’s venture. “I’ve always been laidback, but I thought that it’s time I took charge of my career…I’ll be making a formal announcement as soon as I’m ready with the prerequisites.”
