Four-day bonanza for Chaar Din Ki...

In a popular film track, Salman Khan crooned, “Chaar din ki chandni hai, phir kaali raat hai…” Well, we hope that isn’t what the makers of the Tusshar Kapoor starrer Chaar Din Ki Chandni are letting themselves in for.
With the festival of Holi falling on a Thursday, the Char Din Ki Chandni team is planning to shift its release a day earlier to coincide with it, on March 8. The rationale: An extended “four-day weekend” run at the box office. This way, the film will also have an edge over the big film of the week, Kahaani.
“Yes, there have been talks to bring Chaar Din Ki Chandni a day earlier,” confirmed a source connected to the film. Well, considering they don’t have Kahaani’s trump card Vidya Balan, and a “star” cast that only has Kulraj Randhwa and Tusshar Kapoor to boast of, we’re guessing this Chandni is going to need every bit of advantage it can garner.
