Bringing all speculation of whether or not the sequel to No Entry will be made, the film’s team has confirmed that the project is finally on its way. While there has been quite some panic over whether the project would ever be green lighted (considering that leading man Salman Khan’s diary is packed with his four upcoming projects), writer-director Anees Bazmee has confirmed that the film is now on track.
“We’ve actually decided on the timelines, and when the script is to be narrated to Salman,” Anees says. “This will happen in the latter half of November. Salman is quite excited because he understands that this is a huge franchise.”
The film will once again feature the escapades of three friends, and our sources tell us that apart from Sallu and Anil Kapoor, Fardeen Khan will also be seen in the sequel. “Sallu felt the film wouldn’t be complete without the original trio, and Fardeen’s chaacter has therefore shaped up very nicely. The audiences are going to find him hilarious,” a source revealed.
All this is good news of course for Fardeen, who has been desperate to make his comeback into Bollywood. Unfortunately, none of the leading ladies from the original would be repeated — which spells bad news for Esha Deol. Bad luck...
