Height of commitment

An unwell Salman Khan has been battling an eye infection and viral fever even as he tries to fulfill his overwhelming professional commitments. His health problems have come at a time when the promotions of his upcoming film Ek Tha Tiger are in full swing.

In fact, on Monday Salman had to call off a few promotional interviews because of health issues. “The next day, however, he struggled to get to the YRF office. His poor condition was very evident. He also requested his team to wind up early,” said a source.
However, it was heartening to see good friend Katrina Kaif on Salman’s side through it all. The actress ensured that Salman was comfortable. “She ordered coffee for him and was even overheard asking him if he had taken his medicines,” says an eyewitness. Their camaraderie was evident and when Salman finally got up to make an exit, it didn’t seem awkward. “But he ensured that he had done his bit of interviews before leaving,” said the publicists of the film.
Much like the reel Salman, the real man seems no less serious of his commitments.
