House full of digs

Gosh, the industry is full of happy people these days. Saw Sajid Khan grinning like a cheshire cat the other day. Whether the audience is laughing or not, Sajid is laughing in the aisles and how. While the most awaited film in recent times Kites, has sunk like the Titanic, his Housefull has been declared a hit. Now industrywallahs

are afraid that they will have to suffer all his digs even more now since he has a successful movie under his belt. Ashutosh Gowariker might just avoid being under the same roof as Sajid for a while now.

In good company
Parmeet Sethi is another one who is flying high these days, but only metaphorically speaking. He is super thrilled that the industry has accepted him as a director who is worth investing in ever since his Badmaash Company did decent business. One success under your belt and you are flooded with offers. This is the way the industry functions. YRF has already offered him another film to direct. (At least it is better than offering novices three films on a platter as they have been doing off late and coming up a cropper). So even before he has a germ of an idea about his next film, Parmeet is sitting pretty. Everybody is envying his luck. He sure is in good hands – sorry in good company!
