Imran Khan is loving every bit of the purple patch in his career. After the super success of Delhi Belly, the youngest Khan is now looking forward to the release of Mere Brother Ki Dulhan, the promos of which are already getting rave reviews.

Q It’s been barely a fortnight since the release of Delhi Belly and you are busy again with Mere Brother Ki Dulhan. Some really hectic times ahead?
Yes, there is a sudden influx of movies though this is not the way I would have planned things for myself (smiles). DB consumed three years before releasing finally and now MBKD, which was actually wrapped up before DB, is up for release.

Q Besides Salman Khan, you are the only actor working with Katrina and Kareena. So how does it feel to be in such gorgeous company?
Isn’t that awesome? In a matter of just one year I have worked with such amazing heroines. And then to have top-notch producers show faith in you, is something to celebrate as well. It has been a very good year, I am content.

Q But then you seem to have gone slow on signing new films. What’s happening?
Currently, I’m spending time reading scripts. I don’t want to rush into new films. I have two new films lined up for release; I should wait till then at least.
