It’s fitness first

Privacy is one of the things a film star prizes the most — and that’s the very thing they’re most often denied. And Anil Kapoor, known for being remarkably fit for his age, knows that only too well.

And so it is that the actor who doesn’t feel comfortable working out with other people around, asked the owner of his gym to book an exclusive slot for him. Apparently, Anil wants to try out hot yoga, and since he cannot practise it at home, the gym owner has obliged. “Hot yoga is where a person works out in a room where the temperature is set at about 50 degrees (Celsius). Anil is keen to try it out and has offered to pay five times the regular fee (to ensure he gets a private slot),” a source revealed.
Anil’s daughter Sonam had previously told us that her father would never compromise on his fitness. His appearance clearly proves it!
