Jha offers Mads a window

Her return to India came as a pleasant surprise indeed, but it certainly wasn’t an unplanned one. Long before she came back to India, Madhuri Dixit had carefully chalked out just how she would be orchestrating her return to the arclights. From launching her own channel to her Madame Tussauds’ installation, Mads had thought about how she would transition back into the glamour world. And now, a project with old friend Prakash Jha may just be the thing she needs.
It seems Mads met with Prakash several times although nothing concrete materialised. “They’ve discussed several projects, but none came to fruition,” says a source in the know. But a rumoured remake of a Tamil film may now be on the cards for the two. “Madhuri and her manager Rikku Rakesh Nath are already working out the dates while Prakash’s creative team is giving the finishing touches to the script,” our source added. The buzz is that Akshay Kumar is being considered to play the lead role.
The last time Prakash and Mads got together, they created sparks with Mrityudand. What will they come up with this time?
