John is ready to settle down

He’s never been one to talk about commitment in a relationship, but John Abraham seems to have come around. “I want to settle down,” says the actor who has been in a relationship with girlfriend Priya Runchal for a while now. Apparently, it is John’s mother who wants her son to solemnise the relationship.

The actor reveals that his family feels that he doesn’t eat well and is careless about his health. And a wife will set that right. “Now can you believe that,” he says rolling his eyes. “I think it’s because of these things that my parents want me to get married. So that I’m well looked after. I have failed to make them believe that I’m fit and that I eat well,” he says with a smile.
The development comes at a time when there have been speculations about Priya handling her boyfriend’s investments. “I understand that an actor by default is always in the limelight. I’m not complaining about media intrusion. I know everyone is doing his or her job and I respect that. But there are times I wish I could have a little privacy,” says John.
