John remains nonchalant

His former ladylove may have been spewing venom against him in the recent past but John Abraham is being a complete gentleman about it. He says, “I have tremendous respect for women — we have all had our share of good and bad times but I am not the type who will discuss these issues publicly.”

The actor assures that despite all the controversy surrounding his private life he is in a happy place now. There have also been several speculations about his impending marriage to Priyanka Marwah but John has neither confirmed nor denied the rumour. He hasn’t even clarified the dates for the D-day, if at all. “In the past I have spoken about my personal life when required, but now I don’t feel the need to,” John continues.
Right now it’s Manya Surve, the gangster he plays in his next film that is keeping him on his toes. “There aren’t too many write ups or footage of that shootout incident. So I have to do my bit of research to get details such as diction and mannerisms correct. I hope I am able to do justice to the character,” he says, his fingers firmly crossed.
