John’s under the weather

The Housefull 2 shoot has been held up because of John Abraham. But it’s not starry tantrums that are to blame — poor John has been unwell for a few days, probably as a result of being overworked and stressed out because of back-to-back releases in Force and Desi Boyz. The fact that he’s had to tour constantly to promote the two films has also added to his general state of exhaustion.
Those in the know tell us that at first, John didn’t take his ill health seriously. “He showed up at the gym for his workouts religiously,” his trainer revealed. “He wouldn’t compromise on his fitness schedule.”
However, John soon had to pay more attention to his physical condition, when he felt incapable of attending a special screening of Desi Boyz. Then his departure for Crabbi Island, where Housefull 2 is being shot, was delayed. “John has been advised bed rest, as the doctor ascribed his symptoms to fatigue and stress,” a unit member for Housefull 2 said.
