John to take on Kasab

You read it here first. We told you how John Abraham’s film Force may be mired in a controversy because of certain comments his character makes regarding the execution of the terrorist responsible for the 26/11 terror attacks in Mumbai, Ajmal Kasab. We now find that John may have had a part to play in the inclusion of the allusions to Kasab.
Apparently, John asked producer Vipul Shah to incorporate a scene in which his character takes on not just Kasab, but the entire system.
John is aware that an unfavourable reaction may be triggered, but he isn’t backing down. He says, “I have a platform to connect with the junta, as an actor. It’s not about saying anything for effect.”
