Kangna’s the New Year girl

While her contemporaries Deepika, Priyanka and Katrina are ruling the stage in award functions, Kangna Ranaut is not lagging behind either. The actress has demarcated her territory in the upcoming New Year celebrations.

Word has it that she is in demand for nearly every function that will be held in the city at that time. Sources say that she has already received three big offers to perform at popular venues. “She has a few offers but Kangna cannot say ‘yes’ to more than one show. However, she hasn’t decided which one she is going to pick,” said a source.
The actress may not have had a major hit in a while but the songs of Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai and Tanu Weds Manu are good enough to set the stage on fire, according to her close associates. “Kangna is a good dancer and has a decent fan following. That’s enough to entice the crowds,” says an event organiser. As always the A-list organisers are willing to shell out big bucks to ensure the presence of big stars. The amount that Kangy has quoted is yet to be disclosed, as the deal has not been signed.
But looks like she will have a Happy New Year after all.
