Karan Johar and Kashyap at loggerheads

Writer-director Anurag Kashyap and Karan Johar, who had patched up their differences had come together to co-produce Vikramaditya Motwane’s next film.
However, sources now reveal that the two of them were once again at loggerheads over the script of the film. So much so that they could not resolve their differences and had to finally shelve the project.

The two directors had differences three years ago when Anurag allegedly made derogatory remarks about KJo’s show Koffee With Karan and Yash Raj Films productions. Karan had retorted that Anurag was suffering from depression and needed a psychiatrist!
As of now, the project to be directed by Vikramaditya Motwane is completely on hold. The two filmmakers, who belong to different schools of cinema, have been very vocal about their differences. But they had resolved everything for Motwane’s movie. Sadly things have fallen apart and all those associated with the project are tightlipped about the reports.
