Kat’s midnight rendezvous

So you may have heard from our trusted sources that despite their “just good friends stance”, Katrina Kaif was spotted driving into Ranbir Kapoor’s bungalow in Mumbai’s suburbs recently.

But we’ve got a small piece of khabar that may not have reached your ears. Apparently, Ms Kaif was there at Ranbir’s plush home because he specifically asked her to come visit him. For what? Well, if we knew that we’d share it with you, no?
Now Kat and Ranbir’s on-again, off-again romance has had fans and the industry confused, but Ranbir’s invitation and Kat’s quick acceptance has us doing a rethink. Ranbir and Kat’s behaviour over the past few months could sure have thrown us off the scent: Ranbir has been keeping close company with his ex-girlfriend Deepika Padukone while Kat has been glued to her former beau Salman Khan’s side as they promote their film, Ek Tha Tiger. But this latest incident tells us that the story is far from over.
“Ranbir-Katrina have a special bond; it’s a platonic relationship,” a source close to the actors shared with us. “The fact is that they don’t feel the need to publicise it. The love and respect they share is mutual. They’ve always maintained that there is no romance involved in this equation.”
