Khans banter over Salman’s marriage
The topic of Salman Khan’s marriage has always been a hot topic of discussion in Bollywood circles; everytime the glad eye Khan gets liked up with someone new, people are far too eager to wonder if she’s “the one”. And it’s not just the fans, but even co-actors and fellow Khans are now getting fed up of Sallu’s single status.
Aamir Khan, on the occasion of his birthday earlier this year, had wished for his friend Salman to get tie the knot. Two months have gone since Aamir’s birthday, but he still hasn’t given up hope. Recently, an exasperated Aamir said that the only way to go about it is to tie up Salman’s hands and legs and get him married.
Nobody in Bollywood takes a jibe, however, jovial it may be, lying down. Aamir may have meant his latest comments in a humorous manner, but Salman was quick to retort with a salvo of his own. “If Aamir is going to tie up my hands and legs to get me married, I will make sure to tie up his hands and legs and see to it that he does not get married again,” said Salman.
The much married Aamir isn’t one to let a jibe pass him by either, and we fans, who enjoy nothing more than our stars indulging in playful banter, can only hope that the news of Salman’s comments reach his ears.
