Khans gear up for festivities

Like most festivals, Eid is celebrated with much grandeur in the Khan family. This is year too, is no exception and the festivities will take place at actor Imran Khan’s Bandra residence. “The idea is to be together and celebrate the occasion as a family. We alternate the celebrations between mamu’s (Aamir) house and our place. This year, it’s at our house,” says Imran.
Like always, Aamir’s ex-wife Reena Dutta and her children will also partake in the celebrations and it will be a potluck where everyone from the family including Mansoor Khan, will get their own home-cooked delicacies. But the highlight Imran insists is what Aamir brings to the table (quite literally). “Aamir’s cook makes the best sweets and biryani. The family really relishes the treat,” says a source close to the Khans.
