A long wait for Munna

For all you Munna and Circuit fans, it may be a while yet before you see your lovable hero and his street smart sidekick on screen. While Rajkumar Hirani and Vidhu Vinod Chopra have announced that the third installation of their super-successful franchise, Munnabhai Ki Aatmakatha, our sources tell us that the film won’t be ready to hit the theatres until mid-2013 at the very least. “They understand the brand value that the Sanju-Arshad capers have and want to take their time with the project,” a source revealed. “The announcement was made only because there was so much speculation about when and if the film would be made, and with whom.”
With Krissh 3 and Dhoom 3 expected to arrive at the same time, Munna and Circuit may just face some competition.
