Maddy goes to H’wood

The next actor to jump on to the Hollywood bandwagon is our very own R. Madhavan. We got to know that Maddy has been roped in for Simon West’s Night of the Living Dead: Origins 3D.

West has previously produced Lara Croft: Tomb Raider, Con Air and Black Hawk Down, and this new film is a remake of George Romero’s original Night of the Living Dead.
The film revolves around a group of survivors fighting to stay alive when a mysterious plague unleashes the undead on New York.
Maddy said he is ecstatic about the project. “It’s a great introduction to American cinema, working with Simon and his team. He has made and continues to make some of the most exciting and thrilling films in Hollywood. I am honoured to be working alongside him in this re-imagining of a cult-classic,” the actor added.
