Mallika’s back to create ‘dhamaal’ on screen

Here’s some good news for Mallika Sherawat fans. The actress, who has been busy in Hollywood, will soon be seen in a Hindi movie. The latest buzz is that the actress has replaced Vidya Balan in the much-awaited sequel of Dhamaal.
A few days back it was reported that Vidya was the first choice for the role, but the actress opted out of the film. Later, Mallika was approached for the same and she agreed immediately. Mallika’s natural flair for wit has been there for all to see, especially with the way she handles her interviews. This makes her a great choice for a comedy flick.
Mallika, who is looking forward to the release of her Hollywood ventures Hisss and Love Barrack, has not had a single release after Dashavatar in April last year. She has now been roped in by director Indra Kumar for Dhamaal 2.
Grapevine has it that Aftab Shivdasani has replaced Arshad Warsi, who was a part of the first outing, in the sequel. The rest of the cast that includes Sanjay Dutt, Jaaved Jaaferi, Ashish Chowdhary and Ritesh Deshmukh remains the same.
