Mum invites President to Saif’s wedding

From their clothes to the location and the menu, every new detail about Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan’s royal wedding has been generating a lot of buzz. Now the latest gossip doing the round is its exclusive guest list. The word has it that Saif’s mother and yesteryear actress Sharmila Tagore has sent out a personal invitation to the President of our country, Pranab Mukherjee.
Sharmila wants the wedding to be remembered by the industry and to make it special, it’s inevitable that she’d want the VVIP’s to grace the occasion. While top industrialists, actors and cricketers would be present for the royal wedding, it’s the presence of the President of India that would make it special, says a source. “The invite has been sent. Hopefully he’ll be present for the ceremony that will be held in Delhi,” the source adds.
Even from Kareena’s side, her good friend Karan Johar and sister Karisma Kapoor have been sending invitations to close friends and family. And the buzz is that Ranbir Kapoor and family will be attending the wedding as well.
