Munnabhai before 2014

It’s been six years since Lage Raho Munnabhai stormed the box office and ever since then fans have been waiting with bated breath for the third edition of the franchise. Director Raju Hirani is aware of the anticipation, but said that the delay has been on purpose. “The third film has been delayed because the challenge is that if we make it, it shouldn’t look like we are doing so to cash on the brand. We want the third film to be better than the first two and we are making it for sure,” he says. But this time the wait is not going to be an indefinite one as Raju has finally put a timeline to this venture. “I hope we can make it before 2014,” he says.
