No bad blood here, says Abhay

Now this is why we like Abhay Deol. Much like his down-to-earth character in Zindagi Milegi Na Dobara, Abay refuses to get drawn into anything unsavoury in real life as well. And so it was, that when rumours of all not being well between him and his Shanghai co-star Emraan Hashmi emerged, Abhay moved to refute them.
Abhay’s official spokesperson confirmed: “This is a very old formula, where people cook up stories to get in the news. Abhay doesn’t need such cheap publicity.”
For those who think that this is just Abhay going into damage control mode, independent sources connected to Shanghai also assert that all is well on the sets. “Emraan and Abhay get along perfectly well,” says a unit member. “We’ve never observed any discomfort or animosity between them.”
If only everyone in B’town could be as devoid of drama.
