No clash for KJo

Trust Karan Johar to walk the peaceful path in B’wood. KJo has shifted the release date for Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, with Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone, leaving a free run for Ajay Devgn and Sajid Khan’s Himmatwala.

By doing so, KJo’s managed to avoid the clash that Ajay’s Son Of Sardaar has set up with SRK’s Jab Tak Hai Jaan.
“A clash doesn’t help anyone. YJHD is a big film with Ranbir and Dippy on a high after Barfi! and Cocktail respectively. Whereas Himmatwala will be Sajid’s — whose last three films have all been 100-crore hits — most mass film to date,” points out a trade expert.
With KJo ensuring a solo run for both YJHD and Himmatwala, here’s hoping other B’towners take a hint — or two.
