No run-of-the-mill stuff for Abhay

Abhay Deol doesn’t want to do run-of-the-mill things. The actor says that he was always sure of the kind of cinema he wanted to be associated with.

“The day I decided that I want to act I knew the kind of cinema I wanted to be associated with,” he said.
But Deol maintains that he is not going to go out of his way to find a role that suits his liking. The actor adds, “I’m not a go-getter. If I get work, it’s great. If I don’t I won’t go looking for it.”
Abhay also says that he want to do films with the other members of the Deol family including Bobby, Sunny and Dharmendra but is waiting for the right script. “I want to do films with Sunny bhaiyya, Bobby and Dharam uncle but we haven’t been offered a good script. So as of now there is nothing. But I’m hoping that some day we will get a good offer.”
Abhay also rubbished all rumours of breaking up with long-time girlfriend Preeti Desai, as the two were spotted holding hands together in Singapore and looked very happy. “The rumours about me breaking up with Preeti is humbug,” he added.
