No sibling rivalry please
If Vikram Bhatt, anxious to avoid a clash with the Aamir Khan-Kareena Kapoor flick Talaash, indeed changes the release date of his own Dangerous Ishq, it might deny fans the chance of watching the two Kapoor sisters take on each other at the box office. For Dangerous Ishq is touted to be Karisma’s comeback vehicle, and those who’ve seen the film’s rushes say it’s nothing like anything she’s attempted before.
“Vikram’s films are always edgy, and Karisma has also never attempted a 3D film before. She too believes this is the right film for her at this stage, and is sure that Vikram will take Dangerous Ishq far ahead of Haunted that ended up being a winner early this year,” says a senior filmmaker.
But Kareena herself is not even looking at this possible clash as sibling rivalry in the making, instead gushing like a star-struck fan. “Karisma is actually looking much better than any of us actresses. She has always been a fabulous actress, and now that she is back, it will be the most exciting phase of her career,” she says.
